Hot dipped galvanized wires manufactured in compliance with the Turkish Standards Institution (40-60 gr/02 zinc coated) are formed into stripes by cutting in requested dimensions.
By welding the cut stripes to each other in compliance with TS 4559 norm, eurofence is obtained.
After cleaning the edges and bend process, panels go through the surface quality control process and prepared for thermoplastic or electrostatic polyester paint coating.
COATING - PAINTING
Coating is made with
Thermoplastic and ( 150-200 microns and 10 years warranty).
Electrostatic polyester paint (80-100 microns and 3 years warranty).
PRODUCTION OF THE EUROFENCE POSTS
The post box profiles are hot dipped galvanized for both in and out side.
Galvanized box profiles with 50 x 50 x 2 mm or 60 x 60 x 1,5 mm are cut at various heights.
To mount the panels to the posts the needed clips locations are drilled.
The base metal sheet is specially welded to the posts
The post which is made perfectly ready is coated with thermoplastic or Electrostatic paint.
DOORS
The secured areas’ doors are produced with the same material (galvanized + painted) of eurofence panels.
The doors are manufactured with different heights and lengths such as SINGLE - DOUBLE WINGED, SLIDING OR AUTOMATIC DOORS.
If wrought iron or remote control doors are requested, such doors can be supplied by our solution partners.
